“When I came to Germany from Texas, I was placed in a small village about ten minutes away from the school. The people in my village were so nice and patient with me, and they have made me feel welcome since the day I moved in. I have easy access to the bakery, grocery store, bank, doctor’s office and an Italian restaurant right in my village. I also get to experience annual traditional events such as Maibaum, a Fischfest and Kirchweih within walking distance of my apartment. Living in a small village has really made my experience in Germany a decision I have never regretted.”

“Choosing a place to live is always one of the most difficult decision. The surrounding nature and the variety of the leisure time activities are always my priorities. Our small village just 3 km from north of Schweinfurt is my paradise. The people are very kind and helpful, the whole area is nicely organized and clean. We can find unlimited entertainment in many beautiful parks, sport and leisure time facilities or by the river Main. The bicycle paths of the area are excellent, we use those very often for family tours”
